This weekend celebrate the last day of summer! You will turn over a new leaf with D’Angelo’s 2008 Pinot Noir paired with terrific salmon teriyaki!

Terrific salmon teriyaki

Marilyn Smith (Cityline) claims that if you don’t like fish, it’s probably because you’ve never eaten really fantastic fresh fish cooked to perfection. Try this delicious West Coast-inspired dish for dinner!

Terrific salmon teriyaki

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 13 oz (370 g) salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sodium-reduced soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (30 mL) brown sugar
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) minced fresh ginger or wasabi paste

D’Angelo 2008 Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir is a light bodied dry red wine and will develop nicely in the cellar for three to five years.
