Bacon Beef Butternut Squash


  • 1 butternut squash, cut in half
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 3 small onions, sliced
  • 1 reserved
  • 1 stalk celery, diced salt pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

The 2013 growing season had abundant sunshine, moisture and heat that produced outstanding aromatic vintages. This Baco Noir has great aromatics, smooth, well balanced structure, deep crimson-purple colour, rich, full flavour, with deep currant, dark ripe berry flavor. Berry aroma. Soft, smooth, fruity finish.

Matched with grilled or roast rich red meats especially lamb and ham, game birds, chicken, turkey, vegetables, pizza, tomato based pastas and firm cheeses and dark chocolate.
