Why save wine for special occasions?

They are what we make them and what a great time  to enjoy Black Bear’s Black Currant Wine with friends after watching our son’s Hockey game.  A victory by the way!

 

As suggested by the winery this award winning fruit wine offered a 20121104refreshing drink while we enjoyed it with prosciutto wrapped mozzarella with basil on toasted baguettes.

Pure black currant wine made from our finest black currants on our farm. This wine is our winemaker’s favourite! It carries the true essence of black currant and is a favourite to pair with pork dishes and offers a refreshing drink.
