As the days get shorter there is nothing better than a traditional roast beef dinner served with Mastronardi Estate Winery’s Merlot on a chilly autumn night!

 

Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 70g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil salt

2013 Merlot Mastronardi Estate Winery

This merlot needs patience.  Aromas of ripe cherry, violet, milk chocolate, leather and tobacco.  Very smooth tannins, bright fruit with a medium long finish.  Pairs well with Mediterranean dishes pastas, grilled fair Charcutiere.
