Black Garlic Shrimp


  •  1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 10 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp (or large, peeled and deveined)
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (bittersweet)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Ever popular Summer Sun is 100% Cabernet Franc grapes that are fermented away from the skins and seeds. This results in a very pleasant, soft, salmon-pink coloured red wine with little to no tannins, while maintaining subtle Cabernet flavours.

Serve chilled. Vibrant citrus nose, with a hint of sweetness. Dry finish.
