Palate: Blackberry, Cherry Nibs, Dark Chocolate, Nutmeg, Cassis and Leather are a few standard mid-palate flavours. In the finish new flavours evolve with each new time it is experienced. Complex and Interesting.

Pair with: Lamb is the perfect choice but because this wine is a blend of 5 varietals it is extremely versatile and works with just about anything. This wine is perfect for pleasing all palates as a single choice.
