Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb beef sirloin tip roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • ¼ c all-purpose flour
  • ½ t salt
  • ½ t pepper
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 1 oz pkg onion soup mix
  • 4 c beef broth
  • 1 T tomato paste
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c uncooked wide egg noodles

Fruity notes of ripe raspberry and sour cherry introduce the nose, followed by earthy, herbaceous aromas of tomato leaf, dried rose petal, fennel and thyme.

You’ll enjoy harmonious layers of taste on the palate – signature flavours of ripe cherry and fresh bell pepper on the lively, spicy finish.
