Home for the Holidays

Hosting a traditional Christmas dinner doesn’t have to be over whelming if you plan ahead. And of course, a well-stocked pantry of our local wines.

As suggested by Gary Killops in his Windsor star interview we found a “merry match” with Sprucewood Shores Riesling 2011. Turkey with all the trimmings served with classic sides was gobbled up by all!
