December is the most wonderful time of the year to sparkle & this month ECW wants to wow you with local wine and food!


Give your holiday guest something to fa la la about! Muscedere Vineyards 2007 Vidal Icewine alone or as a cocktail will make everyone’s spirits bright!


To a cocktail shaker with ice…

  • 1/2 oz Muscedere Vineyards Vidal Icewine
  • 1 oz Crown Royal Black Canadian Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Canadian Maple Syrup

Shake & strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with maraschino cherry & lime. Cheers!


Muscedere Vineyards 2007 Vidal Icewine

The naturally frozen grapes used for icewine are harvested at -8 C.  The result is an after dinner must have!

Rich, concentrated aromas of pineapple, papaya and mango dominate the bouquet.  Serve as dessert or pair with fresh fruit and cheese. Try also as an ingredient in Manhattans and Martinis.  Serve Chilled
