Summer DIY // Grilled Peaches with Brie

  • Peaches
  • Brie Cheese
  • Crushed Walnuts
  • Honey

While the taste is complex, the prep is simple:

All you need to do is grill peaches (careful not to leave them on for too long!) place thinly sliced brie cheese on top, sprinkle crushed walnuts and drizzle with honey.

Grilled Peaches with Mozzarella and Prosciutto


  • 2 large fresh yellow peaches
  • 1 bottle apple cider
  • 12 thin slices of prosciutto (4-6 inches long each)
  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella cut into 12 small slices
  • 12 sprigs fresh rosemary, for garnish

Our 2013 Chardonnay is intriguing from the first pour.

The tantalizing golden-green colour leads you to a mysterious mingling of aromas – fresh straw, clover leaf, baked apple, orange blossom and jasmine.

The palate flows beautifully… green apple, lemon, banana and almond, with notes of honey and lychee fruit bringing roundness to the mouth feel.

Signature cool-climate acidity hums through the refreshing and harmonious finish.
