Spaghetti with Spicy Turkey Meat Sauce


  • 1 pound whole wheat spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

This splendid blend of Riesling and Gewurztraminer presents with a nose of fresh rain, pineapple, caramel apple and limestone.

On the palate, enjoy lychee, river stone, pineapple and caramel. This wine is perfectly balanced between acidity and sweetness.

Pair with Asian dishes, Hummus and medium spicy foods, fried or baked fish, seafood, Szechwan, Greek Salad, spicy meat dishes and falafel are great as well.
